the uni maiden

I was tasked to create a poster that explores the characteristics of the Uni (sea urchin) for a Japanese restaurant. The idea I worked with was how many people are disturbed by the look of the sea urchin, but on the other hand, sea urchin lovers claim to be obsessed for it. From this, similar to a young maiden with “tsundere” characteristics, prickly on the outside, but soft and alluring on the inside.
